11.01.2022 Todays special - Egg Congee with Birds Nest Ingredients: 100g birds nest , soaked until soft 113g long grain rice... 1 salted duck egg 150g pork loin salt Method: - Wash and soak rice in water for 1 hour. - Remove the dirt of salted duck egg and wash. - Wash, thickly slice, parboil and rinse shin of pork. - Put salted duck egg into 10 cups of water and bring to the boil. Add rice and pork loin. Reduce to low heat and cook until congee is smooth. Remove salted duck egg and cut into wedges. - Add birds nest to congee and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and combine with salted duck egg and Chinese parsley. - Serve

01.01.2022 Today special - Stewed lily bulbs with birds nest Ingredients 113g premium birds nest, soaked until soft 19g white fungi... 2 fresh lily bulbs salt Method: 1) Soak and trim white fungi. Tear into small pieces and wash. Parboil in boiling water, remove and drain. 2) Cut lily bulbs apart, wash and put them into a stewing pot. Add white fungi, cover and stew for 1 hour, then add birds nest and low heat stew for 30mins. Season with salt and dish up in stewing pot. 3) Serve.
