23.01.2022 - ! Over the past month we have developed and run a comprehensive survey to make sure we understand our customers so that we can do a great job. The results are out (see the pics)! ? ... --- Communication is absolutely vital! --- The top 3 items of importance (and 6 of the top 8) are all about transparent communication of what is planned to do, what is recommended and why. In fact the top 3 hurdles experienced are all related closely as well. ? We have improved our approach so that our customers get a full picture of their vehicle, and no surprises! This includes: Driveway inspection of your car with you where we talk through any questions/issues you have, confirm the scope of works and process we will follow. Complete a full and detailed inspection with every service completed to make sure you get the full picture. After the inspection is done we report back to you everything we find, categorising them by: 1. Safety related 2. Items to save you money 3. Good maintenance to achieve reliability, and 4. Elective items. This lets you choose the priority of what you want to do. Offer to cover off any questions or anything that is not clear, so that you can make a fully informed decision. Make sure we only ever do work that you have approved. Outline any works that are coming up in the future.

21.01.2022 A good news story! One of our wonderful customers, we will call her Miss Anonymous, recently purchased a new car. She decided to donate her previous car to someone in need. After a search she found a very worthy person living in one of our local commission flats who needs a vehicle to help with the support work they do for their local teenagers and community.... We were extremely happy to help out with getting the car roadworthy, donating our costs as well, for such a wonderful cause. Our community is full of these wonderful stories - thanks for being a part of it!

21.01.2022 Survey Competition Winner is... Thanks again to all who participated in our comprehensive customer survey. 20.01.2022 Super thankful for the following review - this made our team proud. It sums up what we are all about - great advice to save you money. Getting your car serviced/repaired is just the fundamentals! "I came into here with a punctured tyre. I met Chris and his team, and I am very happy with the service I received. I was shown where the punctured were and even though we were not able to save the tyre, I was provided with options on what we could do and I ordered a spare tyr...e very cheaply and had the tyre changed too. I received a service from another organisation that I won’t name, and was very unhappy with the service I received as the recommendations set out for the car was in excess of 5k - Chris went through the service sheet and quickly checked certain areas that they advised to check and was provided an in depth explanation to what it is they did, and why they made the recommendations that they made. He was also able to identify things that were set out in the service sheet that didn’t need to be touched immediately. I could have lost a lot of money for nothing, but Chris saved me from that - and I only came here for a punctured tyre :)" - Abraham

19.01.2022 ! We have been quiet whilst we figure out what we can and cannot do under Stage 4. It has been quite ‘grey’ for the auto workshop sector but now we can confidently say We can keep you on the road. ? We can diagnose and fix it ? No probs: we can get it going again... / / / ? Consider it sorted ...... If you are not sure, just ask! ’ . This has been deemed not to be ‘Essential and Critical’. We are already taking ‘post lock-down’ bookings for services, so its looking busy in a few weeks time! Stay safe, and we are here to help.

18.01.2022 We are pretty excited about this one! The most common tyre we sell is for light commercial vans (i.e. Toyota Hiace or similar). We have found the Michelin Agilis an excellent tyre, and they have just released a new model: - 25% longer life... - New design which gives better performance on a worn tyre This will be awesome for our customers!

We are proud to be aligned with SoldierOn, whose mission is to enable veterans and their families to thrive. ... Thank you.
