20.01.2022 At Finca Calahute in Guatemala, coffee is handled with a lot of care at every step of the process. Here, coffee cherries are hand-picked during harvest (DecemberApril) before being sorted, pulped, fermented, washed and dried on meticulously clean patios for seven to 12 days. During the drying process, the farm's employees perform a high level of quality control to ensure every bean is as exceptional as it can be! This lot of CALAHUTE is well balanced and has notes of caramel, milk chocolate and stone fruit. Get in touch if you’d like add it to your offer list!
