17.01.2022 I wholeheartedly agree with the measures taken by the Victorian Government. Working in healthcare everyday, I see the commitment and sacrifices people are making to ensure we have a safe environment to live and breathe in and it annoys me to no end that people are not being smart, are not following directions and have shut metro Victoria down again. The club will be shut again for at least 6 weeks. Zoom classes will be there for those that want them. Keep moving, thinking and stay safe

07.01.2022 Fantastic night of training, learning and all round fun with Mr Lelliott at the club on Monday night which ended with being promoted to 3rd degree black belt. Can’t say enough about the knowledge and power this man has and produces when he wants to light you up. Looking forward to many more learning sessions ahead of me and my students to come
