So much information to share.. but heres just two slides to show ..not only to validate what we do at Melbourne Private Exercise but to continue to motivate people to lose weight and strengthen their bodies for reduced pain and improved function. 24.01.2022 A Corona virus (COVID 19) notice To all our loyal clients, MPE is taking advice from Australian Government Department of Health In actively taking additional precautionary measures to minimise the risk of corona virus in our facility. - We have additional disinfectant wipes for your use before and after using equipment ... - Please use your towel to contain sweat - Please make use of the hand sanitizers provided and wash hands before and after exercise. As per World Health Organization guidelines , should you feel sick with fever, cough or shortness of breath you should consult with your healthcare provider. If you are currently experiencing any of these symptoms or have a possibility of being exposed to COVID 19 , We ask respectfully that you do not attend until you are confirmed to be well.

The MPE TEAM has spring cleaned the gym getting it ready for Re-opening We cant wait to welcome you back A few reminders about returning to gym:... *Only exercise if you are well *Please arrive a maximum of only 15 min prior to your workout to warm up *please bring a large towel every time - no towel no workout * bring water bottle *bring only keys water and towel *sanitize your hands before during and after session *20 people are allowed in our main workout area *8 people allowed in the studio *our MPE community is a well controlled environment and we are committed to your safe return

05.01.2022 The Puls Cardiac test is a simple blood test that measures 9 biological processes related to Coronary Heart Disease. It measures the risk of unstable cardiac lesions and artery injury. This is through clinically-validated multiplexed serum protein assays to measure proteins related to inflammation, apoptosis, thrombosis, vascular remodelling and 4 other processes underlying unstable cardiac lesion formation and CHD development. This testing is new to Australia and is a simpl...e blood test which will give you a risk-score and then interventions to lower your score and risk. It also determines your heart age and 5 year prognosis plan. The below event is run by Cardiologist Dr Garry Barron and Naturopath and Nutritionist Stephanie Gobbo at Willow Urban Retreat.
