14.01.2022 Melbourne Salsa is Back! We are thrilled to return after a very difficult year for our industry and are very happy to be able to do what we do best Bring happiness into your lives through Latin Music & Dance. We will look slightly different than before whilst we navigate through the easing of restrictions. From the 23rd of November, we will be running some of our regular classes and courses from our Dance Studio in Collingwood.... Our larger Bar/Club venues will resume in the New Year when it is safe to do so. More info to come on classes/courses offered. We welcome our Melbourne Salsa family back and newcomers as well. The Federal Government's ban of indoor gatherings of 100+ people from 18 March 2020 has thrust the Australian Events Industry on the front line of economic fallout. The ban is expected to last at least six months. Already, the impact on the Events Industry is devastating. The Events Industry sits at the very centre of the government's ban. While the tourism, hospitality and airline ...sectors are supported, to date there has been no relief announced for the Events Industry per se.
