24.01.2022 Third time lucky, spread the word...club training day and pizza feast has been organized for Sept 10th at Henry Turner Reserve Footscray from 3-5. Please everyone make a huge effort to be in attendance, meet and greet followed by round robin and last but not least pizza Let's bring home some silverware in 2017

16.01.2022 Hope everyone is safe and well! A quick update regarding the upcoming VT league season, the office and clubs are hopeful that something will still happen this year. Meetings are held frequently with contingency plans discussed and what the 2020 season may look like. We are staying optimistic and please if anyone has any questions or expressions of interest about being a part of the club or committee please feel free to contact me on 0410144490. 11.01.2022 Due to the new covid restrictions all Trials have been postponed. The clubs and office are committed to having a VT 2020 although it might look a little different or start a little later we will keep players updated as much as possible. Our first meeting was today and depending on the governments decision on community contact sport after lockdown we have a few different options ready to roll. Phoenix will endeavour to have all team lists submitted and players committed to mak...e this happen so when we get the green Iight we can jump straight in with teams ready to go So in the meantime keep safe, keep fit and start looking forward with excitement to when we get to play the sport we all love again We will be having meetings every couple of weeks so if you have Any questions feel free to contact me on 0410144490 or email [email protected] Thanks for your patience and understanding. 11.01.2022 Hope everyone is safe and well and keen to get back to touch life Although covid has affected the winter season VT league will run as normal Trials will be held in July and the season to commence in September Please message me if you have any questions regarding the upcoming season. 09.01.2022 Phoenix will be holding VT Trials for men’s and women’s on Sunday July 19, 1:00-3:00 and Sunday July 26, 10:00-12:00 venue TBC

Trials will be from 10am-12pm at Albert Park Touch Fields, where we will be selecting 2 teams for both men’s & womens in the division 1 & 2 categories. 03.01.2022 Very excited to update everyone on the upcoming season. Certainly not as quick as most would want but at least a plan for everyone to work towards. As of oct 26 small groups will be able to do fitness As of Nov 23 training can commence And proposed kick off is January 10 for a 6-8 week season in lead up to Nationals. These dates may change slightly if the government gives us a green light soon to gather in larger groups and train ... We need to be super organised and get some pod groups going until the day comes where we can all get together as a whole club. 01.01.2022 Get excited the dates have been announced for a modified version of VT League. Although a slightly different and more casual format a super series will start January 10 and will comprise of 5 rounds with the final being on February 28th. All clubs must have their team lists submitted by early December, men’s, women’s and mixed with a maximum of 4 teams per club....
