24.01.2022 This old apartment building has multiple issues that took some to time to sort out.

20.01.2022 The home owner was told by NBN an expensive new lead-in was required because none existed. We found the buried Telstra pit and the existing phone cable going to the house. We saved them $1000's because of Telstra/NBN's continuing incompetence.

11.01.2022 Illegally added non-compliant phone wiring. Existing phone cable practically destroyed to add an extra extension for the ADSL modem. The internet service was always compromised and unfortunately the next tenant or home owner now suffers the results.

09.01.2022 When you get a technician to fix your phone/ADSL/NBN line fault how do you know they are experienced and using the right equipment? How do you know they are looking after your interests? One will have a licence, insurance, the latest test equipment, and many years of experience. It's your money. Spend it wisely.
