25.01.2022 And that’s a wrap! Thank you everyone for a wonderful 6 weeks of Term 4! We have loved being back in the gym and seeing everyone’s smiling faces. Term 1 resumes on the Wednesday 27th of January, but we have SO much happening throughout January, you won’t want to miss it! ... 22.01.2022 WE LOVE KINDERGYM There are so many benefits to getting your little one into Gymnastics early. Our KinderGYM program provides a safe, engaging and FUN environment for boys and girls from 1-3 years of age. Our parent assisted classes are 45 minutes long and include free exploration, group time, fine and gross motor skill development and circuit based activities on all the apparatus. ... 19.01.2022 MEET THE MAGA COACHES Say hi to Livi! Livi is one of our fabulous and hard working Junior Coaches who you’ll see coaching our kids from 3-8 years in their Fusion Fit classes. Here’s a little bit about Liv ... ‘I started Women’s Gymnastics when I was 6 years old and have been training for nearly 10 years (next year will be my 10th)! I am currently level 10. My favourite apparatus is Bars and Floor. I have been coaching for about a year and a half. I started as an assistant coach at MAGA and I’m now a Junior Coach. My favourite food is burgers and when I’m not training or coaching I love to bake. My favourite thing about MAGA is working with kids and sharing my love of Gymnastics.’ Thanks for everything you do Liv, we appreciate you.

11.01.2022 MEET THE MAGA COACHES Say hi to Huntah! Maybe you’ve seen her smiling face around the gym! Here’s a little bit about Huntah. ‘I started Acrobatic Gymnastics when I was 8 years old and I’ve been coaching at MAGA for just over 2 years now. I now coach and train at MAGA 3-4 times a week. I love working as a Women’s Pair with my acro top, Ava and my favourite thing to practice is our Balance skills. ... I’m just about to finish Year 11 and I hope to follow my passion into Early Childhood Education. My favourite food is Chicken and I love to travel! When I’m not at MAGA my other hobbies include Powerlifting and spending time with friends. My favourite thing about MAGA is the sense of FAMILY and all the kiddos I get to coach!’ We know you love Huntah just as much as we do!

04.01.2022 BETTER THAN YESTERDAY ‘Each day is a brand new opportunity to be a little bit stronger, a little bit braver and a little bit wiser than yesterday.’ Our values at MAGA are so important to us and we try to remind ourselves every day to live by them, not just in the gym, but outside the gym too. ... Ava and Huntah have been working SO hard, pushing themselves to be a little bit better, a little bit stronger and a little step closer to their goals everyday, and it’s so great to be back inside doing what we love.

01.01.2022 Happy, Happy Monday! What great news with restrictions being lifted even further this week! We’ve had such a fantastic start to classes at MAGA and we just can’t wait for you to see. BUT please keep in mind that social distancing and our Covid Safe practices still apply. Don’t forget to sanitise and check in using our QR code if you do enter the gym. We still have lots of trials and new families coming through the door and we want to make sure they are able to settle in a...nd see their kids in action. So please understand we will be prioritising their entry into the Parents Area. We LOVE that you love watching your children in action but if you do come in please refrain from talking to your child during the class. This is really important. Please do not call out to children. Grabbing the full attention of all the children in the class helps our coaches keep everyone safe and makes sure everyone gets the most out of their time in the gym. A reminder also, that photos of your child in class is strictly prohibited, in line with Child Protection Laws. Please ask after class if you’d like a photo of your child in action. We are blown away by all your support and can’t wait to see you for more flipping fun this week!
