02.01.2022 We are only one more sleep until the first try out skate for 2020 Chargers squad. Just a heads up Lyndsay Buchanan, the teams High Performance Manager from LB Fitness, will be running an off-ice mobility warm up before the 8pm try out skate. This will take place in the level 1 bar area of OBI tomorrow at 6:30pm. This session will also replace the squads regular Sunday off ice training. The session will be approx 45 mins. Everyone is encouraged to attend. Merchandise will also be for sale tomorrow so bring some extra cash and support the Chargers by repping out team gear.
