12.01.2022 COVID-19 Policy and Updates 7th August Update - Stage 4 Lockdown Dates Update There has been some confusion on when the Stage 4 lockdown will end and when the restrictions on businesses will end.... We have received clarity from Business Victoria and it is confirmed that, unless otherwise notified, the Stage 4 Lockdown will end on Sunday 13th September. All services will therefore resume from Monday 14th September. 4th August Update - Stage 4 Lockdown - 3pm Update We have received clarification from Business Victoria about which services can continue during lockdown. The good news is a number of customers can still receive their services. All Customers Receiving Welfare Support All customers who are reciving payments from institutions such as NDIS, TAC or equivalent are permitted to continue. Please feel free to email us to confirm you fall in to this category. All Customers who cannot clean for themselves We have been advised that cleaning for individuals can only continue if the individual cannot clean for themselves, due to the health and saftety implications of living in an unclean environment. Not being able to clean for yourselves is a little ambiguous, so we are asking everyone to please self-assess your situation and only elect to continue your cleans if you genuinely believe you are unable to perform your own cleaning. Please be reasonable and do not request a cleaner because you do not want to clean, only if your circumstances make it unreasonable/impossible for you to do so. If you genuinely believe you cannot provide your own cleaning, please fill in this online form and our staff will review and provided the reason is reasonable, ensure your cleans are continued for the next 6 weeks. Commercial Cleans All cleaning services for commercial buildings will continue as normal. Move Out and Move In Cleans Move out services will continue. It has been stated that cleaning services required to allow other essential businesses to continue are permitted. As move out or end of lease cleans are required to ensure the real estate industry continues, they are permitted. For move in cleans, we will allow these cleans only if they are 1) Required by a real estate agent or 2) The customer falls in to the category of not being able to do the clean themselves as per the section above and will be required to fill in the online form. Cleans that must be postponed Any service that you can realistically do yourself must be postponed for the next 6 weeks. If you fall in to this category and are able to do your own cleaning, please do not worry about getting in touch, we will postpone your cleans and automatically resume them after Thursday 17th September. If you would not like your service to be automatically re-instated after the lock-down, please get in touch with us by replying to this email. If the lock-down is extended, we will automatically push your clean forward and be in touch during the process.

06.01.2022 A message for all Victorians If you are feeling sick, get tested Hi SUK... If you have even the mildest of symptoms, you must get tested and should: Stay home until you have your results Not go to work or school Not go on holiday Not visit friends and family. To keep your family, friends and community safe you must: Keep your distance from people you don't live with no handshakes, hugs or kisses Wash your hands regularly Have no more than 5 visitors at your home Not meet in groups of more than 10 outside the home. This is a wake up call. We cannot be complacent. The only thing between us and a second wave, is what we do next. For more information about how to stay safe go to vic.gov.au/coronavirus.
