22.01.2022 NAUGHTY OR NICE? I never thought I'd be that parent who's threaten their kids about being on Santa's naughty list, yet here I am please tell me I'm not the only one!? Speaking of lists, this is the first year my son's had one so let's talk rules - like how many items can he have on his list and how many of the things do I actually have to buy?? He's always been happy with anything we've got him (even if it's just a pair of undies) but now he's getting that bit ol...der I feel like he'll be more disappointed if Santa doesn't provide the goods! What do you do for your little ones? P. S. I was organised for xmas but all the things I bought him were things he actually needed/was outgrowing and I've had to open them up early so here I am doing the last minute shop!

17.01.2022 What do you do? Since having my own place we've never really had a chance to decorate properly for one reason or another. On top of that it's also my youngest's birthday on Christmas day which makes it even harder... But there's something about those Christmas movies and their fully decorated houses, gardens, Christmas markets and towns that makes me want to do the same... I mean it just makes it feel so festive and joyful! So tell me, (in the word of @drdanielaronov) what do you do? Do you decorate your space from top to toe or are you more of a minimalist?

15.01.2022 GIVEAWAY 2020 has seen so many wedding plans quashed and if you've ever planned a wedding you'll know it's both the most stressful and wonderful thing all rolled into one!! Some have cancelled/postponed and others did it anyway! A few years ago I was faced with a similar situation where I had to choose to head overseas and get married without family and friends or wait an extra 6 months to see my man and do it the traditional way! Those that know me know I was never goi...ng to wait an extra 6 months so got hitched in a little registry office at the city hall in Denmark!! You know what? It didn't bother me in the slightest! But, hubby wanted cake so those 6 months passed and we still had our wedding with all the frills (and cake). It was still the most wonderful day and we still got to celebrate our special occasion. 13.01.2022 THEMED BIRTHDAY'S I absolutely love a themed party and matching cookies. But I have to be honest with you, sometimes I'm just not cut out for what you have in mind! And I'll be completely up front about it. I'd rather you know my capabilities right from the get go than get a mediocre result. I'm 100% self taught and learn every single day! So when this mumma asked for beyblade themed cookies, I was like ahhhh.....I don't think so. I expected her to say thanks any way and move on, but was pleasantly surprised when she placed an order anyway. They may not be beyblades but we utilised the colours and came up with a super cute alternative. What do you think?

06.01.2022 ISO MISS YOU Iso miss not feeling like I have the plague every time I step outside!! It's hard to believe we may be living like this for years to come... Where going to the supermarket means literally trying to dodge every person that comes within 2ft of you... Where taking your kids to the park means you have to take it in turns because when one new kid arrives another kid is told it's time to leave. And then there's the smiling to say hello to someone who's just passe...d you by, only to realise they've got no idea what's going on behind your mask and it just looks like you've got squinty eyes or a twitch!! Ahh COVID you suck!! Way past ready for this to end! What do you miss the most?

01.01.2022 YOU ABSOLUTE LEGENDS When wind of stage 4 lock down hit I'm not going to lie, I had a mild panic attack! I decided to close up shop and ride that corona coaster with the best of them! But you guys came bashing down my door and I'm so glad that you did! It's been tough - physically and emotionally, but I guess we are all feeling that. It's meant I've had to get way more organised (with aus post killing those supply deliveries) and I've also reassessed every aspect of my... business (TWICE ). BUT through it all, I'm glad to say we are still kicking and that's all because of you guys so I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has purchased cookies and more importantly liked, shared and commented on my posts!!
