05.01.2022 At Melbourne Fight Club we are so proud of all our members. Especially Sensei Sara who trained with us for 6 years and then returned to her home country Saudi Arabia and opened one of the first female only karate gyms. Over the last two weeks Shihan George has been virtually teaching her students passing on his valuable knowledge.

05.01.2022 Who would have thought that the world would turned upside down,and the things we took for granted, we now dream about it. The thing about life is with everything that it throws at us, we need to face it head on, adapt and over come. So here we are now running classes online keeping in touch with students, helping them with their fitness. Just finished a private karate class I am doing with students that I have overseas, Sara in Saudi Arabia, Sarah in Colombia and Anthony in... QLD hasn’t trained with me for over 20 years. Seeing me online has motivated him to start classes, training again. While we are closed I am running classses for karate adults, children, boxing, muaythai, everybody is welcome to join. I am also here for any of my students that need help, please just reach out. Nothing can ever replace classes in the gym dojo, however we all need to do the best we can to stay fit and safe. 04.01.2022 Lose those lockdown kilos! As of Monday 28th September, under government restrictions we are allowed to hold one on one personal training classes outside.
