25.01.2022 Congratulations to John Mansfield who performed "The Last Post" in an empty MCG today for the AFL Anzac day ceremony. A truly unique day and a memorable performance. John has been playing trumpet in the Gang Show orchestra for the last 15 years. Congratulations John on a wonderful achievement.

The pilot of their craft is Maddy McKinnon, previous cast member, and a current member of the makeup team. 21.01.2022 Dear Gang Show friends, It is with great sadness that I advise that Robert Jones, father of Matthew and Stephen (cast, late 1990’s), Head of Catering in the late 1990’s and Manager of the then newly re-formed Parents and Friends Division for the 2000 show, passed away last Wednesday after a long battle with cancer. Rob was a gentle man who stepped up to make a contribution to the team when it was most needed. More recently, he encouraged and organised his nephews Aaron, Sim...on and Luke Jones to join the show - and we are the beneficiaries. Our thoughts are with Kathy Jones and Rob’s family at this challenging time. Jon Willis Producer

Well done Vicki Mckinnon on receiving the W.F Waters Rover Service Award, Cassie Lia, Damien Hort, James Baker, Stuart Redman and Sam Smith for receiving Special service awards and Alberto Scelsi, Zachariah Crombie and Philip Wood for their Meritorious Service Awards.
