08.01.2022 Our members are kicking goals with Melbourne Industry at Home Hi Kristy workout was great although I was sweating from the warm up to begin with I’m getting used to the app but it’s great and I think the community support part is great when you see everyone working out it pushes you along ... I’m dripping in sweat! Felt like it was my 1st class with. I’m dead, man can I tell I haven’t been doing much lately! Kristy, that work out was full on! My body is shaking. I actually worked up a sweat. I enjoyed this!
