04.01.2022 IN JIU JITSU WE LEARN TO MAKE THE NEGATIVE INTO THE POSITIVE AND THE WORST SITUATION INTO THE BEST OUTCOME. WE ARE FACING ANOTHER SET BACK IN OUR LIVES BUT I DO BELIEVE THAT WE CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND MAKE A BETTER VERSION OF OUR SELVES. STAY HEALTHY SOON WE WILL ALL BE BACK ON THE MATS. JIU JITSU IS A LIFESTYLE. IT MAKES US READY FOR ANYTHING THAT LIFE THROWS AT US. ITS NOT OVER UNTIL WE WIN.

03.01.2022 Before I opened the academy I went through so many up and downs in my personal life. I remember once listening to Dr. @lesbrownofficial Brown and one of his quotes got stuck in my head and I woukd listen and repeat it every morning: "It does not matter how bad it is or how bad it gets, I'm going to make it". Some years have past and I forgot that hard times don't come to stay they come to pass. It's how you face them that will make the difference in the end. Happy Monday folks, Lets grind hard we are jiu jitsu and you are not alone .
