21.01.2022 This afternoon L & K were married beneath this magnificent tree in the Fitzroy Gardens, East Melbourne. How lucky we are to have such beautiful parklands so close to the city and so perfect for a wedding ceremony. Congratulations to the newly weds.

20.01.2022 On Saturday I performed a wedding ceremony in a couples garden. Id seen the garden before the Bride and her team started transforming it and transform they did. It was a fairy light wonderland with a self crafted floral arbour. The back drop of fruit trees illuminated by tiny white LEDs was impressive. The double garage had also undergone a transformation. A touch of tulle, lighting, balloons, flowers and strategically hung white drop sheets decorated with LEDs made the perfect dining room experience possible. I congratulate G & T on their marriage and also on the clever, creative way theyd turned their newly purchased home into a warm and welcoming wedding venue.

19.01.2022 Im preparing for a wedding at my next couples home. I know that a great deal of work has gone into preparing the garden and Im keen to see the results- Im sure its going to be a magical location prepared with love and generosity of heart. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share in these precious occasions.

17.01.2022 If youre looking for a small wedding venue (<30 guests) and you fancy a touch of Tuscany, then Olivignia, Warrandyte South could be the venue for you. Recently I performed a beautiful ceremony in the private courtyard - perfect! You might like to visit the main restaurant to get a feel for the venue- the Italian cuisine is quite delicious.

14.01.2022 Spent the weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. Great to see so many gardens ablaze with vibrant red callistemons. Also spotted an impressive bushy clump of bright red kangaroo paws.

11.01.2022 Had the pleasure of conducting Daniel and Corinas wedding ceremony here at this quaint chapel at Tatra Receptions, Mt Dandenong. The weather was perfect, lots of photos taken in the gardens, happiness galore. All the best to the happy couple.

10.01.2022 C & J travelled all the way from the UK to have their Commitment Ceremony on the Sorrento back beach. As part of the occasion they had a Handfasting Ceremony, Celtic in origins their hands were bound by coloured ribbons throughout the ceremony. When their hands parted from one another a Unity Knot was formed representing their decision to be unified as partners in life. The ribbons fluttered in the sea breeze as they each spoke their words of love. A beautiful ceremony, a glorious Australian beach and a very happy couple who have now returned to the chills of GB. Congratulations and best wishes for all the joys that lie ahead.

09.01.2022 Whitehaven Beach is a pristine beach on Whitsunday Island, the largest of the islands in the Whitsundays. Whitehaven Beach stretches over seven kilometres and boasts brilliant white silica sand that is among the purest in the world. The beach is accessible by boat, seaplane and helicopter from Airlie Beach. After T& Ms beautiful wedding celebration they headed north to the Whitsundays exploring some of Australias iconic beaches along the way. Whitehaven Beach was one of them.The Whitsundays are a favourite destination for honeymooners.

09.01.2022 How stunning is this arrangement of roses and hydrangeas-a homegrown gift from my sister-chocolate hearts and a dove, an emblem of love and peace- a trilogy of emotive symbolism.

09.01.2022 T&M created a very personal feel to their wedding table- hand monogrammed linen serviettes, handwritten place cards and menus that reflected their individual interests. A big thank-you to the Best Man who set this superb table. Once again Im impressed by the creative approach that couples take to producing a wedding event that is truly unique and truly personal.

06.01.2022 Most recently I had the immense pleasure of marrying T & M. Every detail of this wedding, every feature including decorative and floral arrangements, monogrammed linen serviettes, uniquely designed menus that were colourful and reflected the brides and the grooms interests, cosy blankets, games and so much more was organised or hand made by the couple themselves. Perfect little touches that invited and warmly welcomed and didnt cost the earth. A fun-filled wedding that was just as the couple had planned, akin to an invite to lunch at a country retreat. Brilliant in every way.

Im looking forward to accompanying them and basking in their happiness as we plan their special day.

03.01.2022 At midday today Melbourne turned on beautiful autumnal weather for the marriage of Kayle and Michelle. The ceremony was conducted in a private dining room with views over Fitzroy. Congratulations , best wishes and thanks for allowing me to be part of your special day. Loved every minute of it, loved seeing you both so excited, so happy.
