22.01.2022 Madness to think it’s almost Christmas, yes it’s come along so fast and caught most off guard. This year has been that kind of year, I will be working over the Christmas break with only a few main days off. If you have surgery planned for the next few weeks it would be wise to plan your aftercare with a trained lymphatic drainage therapist early. Excessive hot weather, swelling and compression can make life rather difficult with rehabilitation.
