23.01.2022 Snoring isn’t normal I’ve used the video of my son who currently has a cold to demonstrate how the body over compensates with sleep disordered breathing. The parasympathetic nervous system kicks in because he is basically having trouble breathing. The fight or flight response encourages the adrenal gland and he is sweating. Its a common question when parents see me about their children, are they a hot sleeper? There is nothing normal about snoring, it inhabits growth and brain development. Check your babies

Mum was concerned about open mouth posture and mouth breathing All clear from an ENT and allergist and only after a few short months we are seeing a massive improvement from exercises alone Not even half way there! Can not wait to see the end result!
