24.01.2022 Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic causing continued postage delays and a large volume of customer queries, All plugs will now be sent via Registered post only. Options for standard (cheaper) postage have been temporarily suspended until further notice. We appreciate everybody's understanding as it is for our customers peace of mind. We ask that all customers waiting on plugs please practice patience, we have been advised that it is currently taking up to 4 weeks within Australi...a (in extreme cases) and 6-10 weeks for international orders to arrive. All new orders will receive a tracking number once they are notified of the parcel being posted. Please expect national delays of up to 4 weeks and international delays of between 6-10 weeks. We appreciate your orders and are excited for them to arrive to all of our customers. MPC

Please be aware of AUSPOST delays when ordering, All Packages are sent with a tracking number due to COVID19 postage interruptions for your safety and ours.

23.01.2022 Hi everybody, Just wanted to remind you all that when our purchasing plugs, we strongly suggest upgrading to registered post for a tracking number for both Australian and international orders if you are likely to become concerned with your parcels whereabouts if it doesn't arrive within the usual time constraints. If your parcel does not have the registered post upgrade, we have no ability to track or locate it's whereabouts, nor see any shipping updates for you.... There have been severe delays on postal services both nationally and internationally due to the Coronavirus Pandemic which means shipping times are extended to up to 10 weeks from Australia to USA. We ask that you please remain patient with us during these times, once your plugs have left our workshop, it is out of our hands and in the faithful hands of the Postal Services. We ask that Australian customers wait 5-10 days for standard postal services and international wait 6-10 weeks. We understand you are excited for your plugs and we are just as excited for you to receive them. We really want to keep our international orders open for all of our Worldwide customers but if people can't practice good patience, we will have no other choice but to close our store to international orders until the Pandemic is over. 15.01.2022 A quick message for our international customers waiting for their plugs to arrive: There seems to be international postage delays between Australia and the United States, We are currently waiting on more information before we can make an "official" update or justify temporarily closing international orders but we wanted you to know we are aware of the situation. Please read our listing and policies before purchasing if you have any concerns, ... If you do not upgrade from standard shipping to registered/tracked postage upon checkout, we are unable to track the location of your package, which is why our listings suggest the shipping upgrade for those who want to follow the progress. We have kept the standard postage option available for those who want to save money on shipping and have never encountered many issues with this, so it is likely it's due to the current Global health crisis and potential import restrictions/ additional postal screening. We would like to take this opportunity to request your patience, as once the plugs are sent out, they are left in the trusty hands of the postal services and there isn't much we can do without any tracking information. We want you to receive and enjoy your new plugs just as much as you do, we work hard to hand craft and deliver every pair with love. If for any reason the United States are postponing the international delivery services, we trust that they will make their way slowly to you or worst case scenario, will be returned to us here in Melbourne, Aus, at the MPC HQ at which point we will contact you and attempt to re-send once we know more about the situation.
