25.01.2022 This house is Hillside has a storm water system thats failing and keeps flooding the garage. I suspect its from the huge trees at the front. Unfortunately we couldnt get the camera down a couple weeks ago due to a 90mm tee used. Ive deleted the tee and installed this pit lucky enough to find 100mm pvc under the garage. Take 2 with the camera this Saturday to hopefully diagnose the problem. Am I the only plumber that gets excited when I have to concrete?

25.01.2022 Sometime when we are out under pressure to get to job we rush things. I did that and forgot to do something simple and paid the price. A ptr valve blew off and hot water instantly burnt my arm on Tuesday. I learnt my lesson. Sometimes you just have to accept you cant please everyone and have to say no

15.01.2022 Sometimes handy men need to stand back. A cracked shower base replacement turned into half a bathroom Reno in Reservoir. It cracked because they siliconed it down, they didnt notch out the bottom plate and sat the tile flush with the lip instead of behind the plaster. To top it off the timbers were rotten so they just painted them and used expansion foam to hold the plaster. Dont risk it, use a licensed plumber. Getting the boys at @livelliconstructions involved in this one.

We are going to mold this young pony into a plumbing stallion, teaching him all the tricks of the trade. Especially how to handle the long line of girls that are going to be after him now that he is a plumber!!!

12.01.2022 This is why when services are damaged you should call a plumber. Collapsed plumbquick installed by the pool company 10 years ago. While digging they have obviously broken the sewer and repaired it with 2 plumbquicks. They have laid their pipes straight on top and the pressure of back filling has squashed one of the plumbquicks.

10.01.2022 Found this beauty today in Footscray. This house has had a leak since built 4 years ago. Numerous plumbers have had a look with no luck. Washed a bit of dirt away and bang discovered a nail had been shot through.
