If your pool or spa was constructed before 1991 your form 23 Pool Safety Certificate is required to be submitted to Council prior to Nov 1 2021.... There are 70,000 pools in Victoria needing compliance certificates before November 2021 so don’t wait until October, contact us now at [email protected]
