We know that January to March has the highest level of tenant activity within the market, so we adjust the lease duration to expire in the middle of the peak season. 02.01.2022 Whilst it won't be Cup Day as we know it, we're still adorning our Spring Carnival finest to watch the 'race that stops the nation' and taking the chance to put our feet up for a well-deserved break. 02.01.2022 A big congratulations are in order for 11 of our team members who have successfully completed their Certificate IV in Property Services! The group attended classes throughout 2019-2020, as well as completing a number of written assignments on the following topics: managing an agency; real estate legislation; listing, appraising, leasing and selling property; preparing for and conducting an auction; and establishing and managing trust accounting records. The Cert IV is the qualification required and the first step towards being a fully licensed Estate Agent. Amazing work to all for your commitment to completing this course!
02.01.2022 Although the AFL Grand Final isn't being played on its traditional Melbourne turf this year, Melbourne Real Estate will be closed on Friday 23rd October for the Grand Final Day public holiday, or what is also being referred to as Thank You Day. Properties for lease and sale will be available to inspect on Saturday, however be sure to register as we are limited to 1:1 private inspections for each property. Good luck to both Richmond Tigers and Geelong Cats for the big game on Saturday. We'll be back on Monday to eagerly discuss the score!
