That’s why seven councils represented by the Northern Councils Alliance, NORTH Link and its industr...y, education and health stakeholders are launching Building Communities, Connecting People: Northern Horizons 2020, which is a consolidated and agreed view of infrastructure priorities for Melbourne’s north. The impact of the pandemic on jobs and the economy in Melbourne’s north has been severe. This report identifies priority infrastructure projects that will provide new jobs, stimulate economic recovery and improve liveability.
