24.01.2022 Zzzzz zzzzz zzz. Getting enough sleep is crucial for athletic performance. Sleep not only helps your body recover, it is also a performance booster. How much sleep you need exactly depends on a number of factors. Most adults will need seven to nine hours a night, with some athletes requiring up to 10hours. Napping has also been shown to help with recovery and performance.

16.01.2022 Cancellation / Waiting List Procedure: If an appointment cannot be found within the time frame specified you will be placed on the cancellation/waiting list Once an appointment becomes available we will call you on the number that you have given or send you an email to offer you the available appointment. You will be given 24 hours to confirm your appointment. You can do so by calling 03 9827 9362 or by replying to the email you were sent. Please dont hesitate to call or em...ail outside of business hours. We will return your call or email the next business day. Once the appointment has been confirmed then we will remove you from the cancellation waiting list. If your are contacted and offered 2 different appointments and you are unable to attend either of them, you will be offered the next available appointment on the schedule and taken off the cancelation/waiting list. Be aware that this may be well outside the original time frame that Karen requested. If an appointment can be made 1-2 weeks outside of the appointment time specified, it is recommended that you take that appointment as a back up. We will also leave you on the cancellation/waiting list in case a more suitable appointment becomes available.
