25.01.2022 Due to today's announcement about the updated restrictions we will have to temporally close down and go back to our online classes. It was a fun week while it lasted. Online classes will be on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30 till 8pm.

25.01.2022 With the easing of restrictions tonight classes will resume back to normal tomorrow night. Also our workshop scheduled for this Sunday on strikes will also go ahead as planned.

16.01.2022 Just watching some Mr Perfect. Great breakdow of his kicking style. I think the term the narrator was looking for was screwing to explain his kicking technique. I think I've heard if that somewhere before?

11.01.2022 Good news!!!! As of Thursday 12th November regular classes will be back on but with a few restrictions. Classes will be limited to 6 people due to size limitations. Everyone will need to book online to secure their place for each class they would like to attend. Classes will be running on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30pm till 8:30pm. As further restrictions ease we will be introducing Wednesday classes and going back to our 90 minute sessions. Click on the link below to register.
