13.01.2022 Melbourne Taido is taking part in The Push Up Challenge! We're completing 3,318 push-ups in 25 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. #pushforbetter 3,318 push ups reflect the 3,318 Australians who died by suicide in 2019. In a survey, Taido students commented that their mental health is better with Taido, so this is a good way to highlight and reflect.... 12.01.2022 Recently Nakano sensei shared Taido with Karate's Tony Nakamura and Natasha on the Kuro-Obi World Youtube channel. It is in both English and Japanese. It is interesting to see their questions on Taido and great to see people making new friends through the Martial Arts.
