21.01.2022 It doesn’t have to be perfect. We don’t need everything ready. We don’t need to gather all our thoughts before we start. We just need to start taking one step at a time. It doesn’t matter when or where or how. One step at a time. #minuteonwellbeing #consistency

18.01.2022 The increase in Medicare rebates for sessions have now become available for the next two years Here in Victoria, sessions went from 10-20 and we’re available until March, however now these extra 10 rebates for sessions will be available for the next two years. We’re so excited that our system is taking our mental health seriously and recognising how important it is to keep supporting our community through these uncertain times.

17.01.2022 When you get to meet Franklin at the local coffee shop near the practice . Franklin is the gorgeous sausage dog pup of our friends over at @youknownigel which is where we dose up on caffeine to get us through the work day. There’s nothing like puppy photos to get you through iso! #minuteonwellbeing #pettherapy #furryfriends #socute #puppy #sausagedog #franklin

16.01.2022 It’s for sleeping and sex that’s all. The cues we establish in our bedroom that are associated with a myriad of other activities tell our brain to stay switched on. So if your finding it hard to sleep at nights then try keeping bedroom activities to an absolute minimum. #sleephygiene #icantsleep #sleep #ineedsleep #mentalhealthawareness #psychology #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters

14.01.2022 Escapism for our second week in lockdown?? Yes please! #escapism #not #avoidance #bemindful #mentalhealth

13.01.2022 Don’t just ask - check in. Follow up. When we band together the burden is shared. The burden feels less overwhelming. The burden feels less scary. R U Ok? #askthequestionsavealife #ruok2020 #ruokpandemic #ruok #reachout #minuteonwellbeing #askeveryday #notjusttoday

12.01.2022 If you can’t ignore it anymore then it’s probably time you started to talk to someone about it. Give our team a call for support on (03) 9882-8874. #mentalhealthawareness #lockdownsupport #anxietytreatment #depressionawareness #mentalhealth #mwg

11.01.2022 Your mental health is soooo important right now. We’re going to get through this but not without it’s challenges. While we encourage you to utilise Telehealth, some of our clinicians are available for some face to face sessions if Telehealth is not a safe option. Reach out if you need support #minuteonwellbeing

11.01.2022 Cold showers are fast becoming all the rage. We know it seems outlandish to think about having a cold shower but trust us, they’re pretty good! Follow the link in our bio to find out why they’re incredibly helpful in regulating depression and anxiety. . . #coldshowers #coldshower #depressiontreatment #anxietytreatment #mentalhealth #minuteonwellbeing #polyvagaltheory

10.01.2022 It feels so strange to be able to be out again but here we are. Our team has worked so hard this year in supporting our community while experiencing their own ups and downs. Adapting to all the changes of how healthcare was delivered was one thing and working through the challenges of managing burn out while continuing care was another. We’re grateful to have each other’s support and this year has taught us a lot. We look forward to continuing to support our MWG community in 2021. Stay safe and well... from our team at MWG #holidayseason #whatayear #grateful #support #mwg #community #team

07.01.2022 Where are your levels of stress in this moment? What is your barometer telling you? #minuteonwellbeing #mwg #anxiety #stressmanagement

07.01.2022 Don’t confuse someone’s free time as them being available. Free time means time to eat, rest, go to the bathroom, clear the mind, go for a walk, read, catch up on something. Free time is not availability. #minuteonwellbeing #boundaries

07.01.2022 Melbourne. Our home. Our City. We see you. So close yet so far. We’re waiting to be able to make memories with our friends and families once more within this gorgeous city. #covid19 #werewaiting #patience #isavirtue #minuteonwellbeing

05.01.2022 As our restrictions ease more and more you might be noticing a rush of excitement and energy but also overwhelm. Remember that you have control. You don’t have to see everyone all at once. Spread out your catch-ups. Keep looking after yourself. Take it slow. #covid19tip #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #minuteonwellbeing

05.01.2022 Long exhale through your nose. Let the emotions come. What can you see around you? Keep your breathing steady. Stay with it. Keep noticing. You’ve got this. #overwhelm #minuteonwellbeing #melbournewellbeinggroup

04.01.2022 Now more than ever we need routine. #minuteonwellbeing

03.01.2022 Hibernating through iso . We’re more than half way through stage four restrictions and there’s a lot of nervous energy right now as we don’t know what the next move is going to be. Whichever way this goes we’ll deal with it. We’re resilient. We’ll adapt. We’ve got this #minuteonwellbeing

02.01.2022 Worth a join for anyone needing support
