13.01.2022 What day is your "I NEED MORE HOURS!!!!" day?? I could use more in most of them, but the worst is ALWAYS Tuesday. Tuesday is payday, which means bills, rent, groceries etc etc etc... The morning, as with every weekday, is a complete write off with breakfast, lunch making, uniform finding, arguments over brushing teeth (because lord knows each of them just HAS the use the toothpaste first!), doing shoelaces and which tiny teddy flavour they want (because the one I put in his l...unchbox is ALWAYS the wrong one...). When we finally get Master 8 to school, we head home and put Master 8mths down for a nap. By the time I've given Master 5 whatever attention he needs from me that very instant, empty the dishwasher and put dinner in the slow cooker (because cooking at night can bite me!), Master 8mths is awake again (YAY for catnapping babies :/ ). Then it's time for bottle and lunch and then off to get the groceries. We have just enough time to put them away, stir whatever is in the slow cooker (satay chicken tonight, so no doubt Master 5 will decide that his stomach is broken and he just CANNOT eat that stuff!) and give Master 8mths another bottle, before its time to pick Master 8 up from school and once all 3 of them are home, there is no way that anything productive, except for keeping Master 8 and Master 5 from killing each other, is ever going to happen... *yawn* Is it bed time yet?? They are just super lucky they're so damn cute and I love them so very much ;) lol. See more

11.01.2022 Taken at the V8 Supercars at Willowbank on Saturday. The driver is ok. They fixed the car up and he raced again on Sunday :)

02.01.2022 Recently I was entrusted with a very special order. This beautiful bear is made from the shirt of an Australian soldier who was killed in action in Afghanistan ...a few years ago. A friend of the family ordered it from me as a special present for them. I'd be lying if I said that making him wasn't emotional. I cried like a baby when I saw the shirt for the first time and it was extremely hard to take my scissors to it to cut out the pattern. I feel so entirely privileged that I was chosen for this gift and I hope he brings the family love, happiness and maybe even a little healing. The one I'm working on now is being made from a baby onesie :) All of my bears, either regular or memory bears, have free embroidery until the end of April. Come 12am Sunday morning, that deal will be finished. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any queries
