24.01.2022 As part of Centre for Applied Research in Youth Sport's Sport4Siam program, we were proud to donate a brand new strip to the kids at Khao Ok Thalu FC. The team previously had to borrow their kit from another local team as they didn't have their own so were thrilled with their new Adidas strip. As most of the players supported either Liverpool or Man Utd, they were also happy with the colour! It really brought home how something as simple as a football strip which might normally be taken for granted by players here in Australia can actually have a big impact on those less fortunate. If you would like to sponsor a kit for a Thai team if need, please get in touch.

23.01.2022 Another congratulations to our partners at Game-Changer and the Centre for Applied Research in Youth Sport on proudly announcing that their prospect Jacob Battista has officially signed with Viterbo University Men's Soccer team on a US College Soccer Scholarship. Jacob played for Box Hill United in the Victorian National Premier League (NPL) U18 and U20 competition, as well as the St Kevins Senior Boys Team in the Associated Public Schools (APS) Competition. Jacob recently t...ransferred to top NPL side Eastern Lions SC based on his past season performances. He has the ability to play across any position in the attacking line up making him one of the top attacking players over the last 2 years in the APS Sport competition. He is technically sound, scoring goals with both feet outside the box, as well as close range inside the penalty area. He is physically strong on the ball and can hold the ball up front to allow his team mates to support and get forward. Jacob also contributes well on the defensive end in the air and with set pieces. 01.01.2022 When delivering any decision, a voice that is calm, non-confrontational but firm is key. Confidence in your decision making will serve to reinforce to players that you are making sound judgements. If your voice is quiet and indecisive, players can often lose confidence. A change in voice tone or volume can also make players aware that you will not tolerate a particular action.
