In preparation for Satur...day's race, Sean Foster from Fluid Movements will take athletes around the course and provide tips to help you navigate Race 4. If you're a coach, please feel free to join. Thursday, October 22. 6:30am To join, head to the Zwift Companion App and follow Robbie Wallace (SAS) by 9:00pm on Wednesday to ensure you get an invite. Our pre-race meetup is a great way to test out the Zwift platform if you're new to virtual racing.

22.01.2022 Our inaugural Club trivia night was a big success last night and a great way for us all to connect socially A big THANK YOU to Lawrence (Quizzy Rascal) and Lesley (Quiztema Aguilera) for being our hosts We had 23 teams, with some very imaginative team names and close to 50 people take part!! ... Chris Henry won best dressed (wore his cycling kit and aero helmet ) and Juan won best undressed And we all got to meet the Speeds brand new little addition - Annabelle, the baby : Here are the winners of each round Round 1) Donald Stumped - Eloise, Simon and Bryan Round 2)Tenolly - Tenille and Holly Round 3) 5 cs - Barry, Ryan, Lockie, Adrian, Annie & Sasha. Round 4) Detective Trivia Benson - Pheebs, Abel and Em Round 5) Quiztopher Columbus - Juan and Laura Overall quiz winners - on final review, we actually had a draw as we realised after the quiz had finished that 2 points had been mistakenly allocated to the 5 cs team (more info in this in the next e news) SO, OUR WINNERS WERE..... 5 Cs AND Donald Stumped. 03.01.2022 SUPER ADAPT BLOCK Great to announce our Christmas/NY period Super Adapt Training Block is back in 20/21. 2Weeks of concentrated strength endurance training designed to take your triathlon performance to a new level. December 21 to January 3. The reason why we choose to stay local each year over this Block is Fluid/MTC is all about ensuring we can have as many of our members benefitting from this training block as possible, v's just a select few if we went away to the mountai...ns. This evening will be the first session. Log in details are in the latest ENews edition, but PM if you would like us to re-send. The only things youll need are a foam roller and a resistance band. So on all other metric our club is well ahead, but we got penalised on this one. So for Race 3 hope to see more of you involved and also thankyou to those that did fly the MTC flag to get us to where we are atm.
