24.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my clients past and present a wonderful Christmas. Thankyou all for supporting small business and allowing us into your homes. We have made not just clients along the way but many life long friends and we look forward to continuing on giving you a high standard of service. Its been a year of many ups and downs with the virus epidemic but we are continuing on stronger than ever. I would also like to say a huge Thankyou to my te...am whom I could not do this without, your dedication and hard work is valued and I love each and everyone of you. Many lost their jobs whilst the virus epidemic was on but 2 came back and asked if they could return it was fantastic that business had boomed again and I could welcome them back on board. Sooo... 16.01.2022 Please note I would just like to clarify that we will not lift furniture such as lounge suites etc to vacuum or mop under due to work place injuries. If you want such items moved then please move prior to our arrival. Im sure many already know this but needed to clarify. Also with dusting we will not touch books, paperwork or jewellery we dust around simply because we don't wish to be responsible if something was to get lost. Ornaments etc we will happily lift and dust under.

12.01.2022 Hello everyone, As per company policy I give everyone 3 days to pay for their cleans however if people continue to not pay within the required period or not pay at all I will be 1. Requiring payment is made on the day via proof of deposit before clean is due or leaving money at property for our arrival or 2. If you dont stick by this payment option I will cancel your clean. I am getting annoyed at having to send repeated reminders when all clients know payment is due within 3 days of cleaning eg if you have a clean on Monday it is due on Wednesday at the latest. Thankyou to our many clients who have payment set up via direct debit or make payment the day of clean you make everything stress free :)

11.01.2022 Alert! Alert! Well it seems we are needed so from now on we will be doing exit cleans again....I have some fresh faces on board who can attend to your exit clean needs. Only a message away. Please book in advance at least 2 weeks prior (1 week may be accepted under special circumstances) Special conditions - power to be connected, all furniture to be removed, no other housing tasks to be completed on same day eg. Carpet laying, handyman jobs, gardening and all exit cleans require payment to be made within 7 days (unless other arrangements are made).

10.01.2022 To all our valued clients The past week or so has been very intense for all of us here. Behind the scenes I have been dealing with an unexpected health issue which I now have answers to. I will be fine to work so dont panic were still cleaning but I will need to reduce my work load slightly to allow my body to rest. A huge Thankyou to my family and friends for being there for me and a big Thankyou to my workers who worked to their full potential this week.

09.01.2022 Just a heads up from July 2021 there will be changes to the cleaning payment policy all cleans will be required to be paid for the night prior to clean or on day of clean via cash or direct deposit automatically set up, there will no longer be a 3 day payment option. If I do not receive payment before or on the day then clean will not be attended to. In order to ensure your clean is done cash needs to be at the property, Ive been sent a copy of your payment receipt to prove i...ts paid or your payment is in my account with your name as reference. This not not apply to government or commercial cleans this applies to personal cleans only. Those who already have their direct debits set up Thankyou there will be no changes required from you :) It might be a good time everyone to start trying to get use to the new rules now so we have a good start on July 1st 2021 (New tax year). 07.01.2022 Clients please read It seems that clients feel their cleans are more important than putting us at risk of being sick. If you are sick or have been please cancel your clean as I do not want any of us at risk of getting sick if it can be avoided. Please be considerate and we will do the same. If we happen to go to a clean and a client has not advised us of illness my staff and I have the right to refuse to do the clean just a heads up :)
