These works form part of an upgrade to the racecourse to cater for the clubs members and the proposed new Inglis thoroughbred sales facility. 11.01.2022 MELF lead negotiations with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) on behalf of the Australian Turf Club to resolve the impacts and subsequent compensation package to the Club as a result of construction of one of the largest transport infrastructure projects in New South Wales, the new light rail project servicing the Sydney CBD and Sydney's eastern suburbs.
