25.01.2022 Morning mantra: "If people doubt how far you can go, go so far you can't hear them anymore." People that doubt, judge, and disrespect you are not worth your tim...e. Don't give them your attention because that is giving away your power. Just keep shining your light, in the direction of your dreams. #BeWillingToIgnoreTheDoubters #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #Horsehippie #MorningMantra #InspirationalQuotes Quote: Michelle Ruiz

16.01.2022 This is something everyone should see. When you get your 8/10 week old puppies, please keep this image in mind. A lot of their bones do not even touch yet. Th...ey plod around so cutely with big floppy paws and wobbly movement because their joints are entirely made up of muscle, tendons, ligaments with skin covering. Nothing is fitting tightly together or has a true socket yet. When you run them excessively or don't restrict their exercise to stop them from overdoing it during this period you don't give them a chance to grow properly. Every big jump or excited bouncing run causes impacts between the bones. In reasonable amounts this is not problematic and is the normal wear and tear that every animal will engage in. But when you're letting puppy jump up and down off the lounge or bed, take them for long walks/hikes, you are damaging that forming joint. When you let the puppy scramble on tile with no traction you are damaging the joint. You only get the chance to grow them once. A well built body is something that comes from excellent breeding and a great upbringing-BOTH, not just one. Once grown you will have the rest of their life to spend playing and engaging in higher impact exercise. So keep it calm while they're still little baby puppies and give the gift that can only be given once. Your dogs growth plates are done maturing at 2 years of age. Juvenile spaying and neutering interrupts proper brain & bone development, www.jbkworldchampions.com

05.01.2022 HANK NEEDS YOUR HELP <3 This is beautiful Hank. A gorgeous soul who is so lovely. A chilled boy who, while taking all in his stride, is going through an extr...emely rough patch. We apologise for the graphic photo but for you to understand what this boy is going through, what he is living with, it needs to be shown. When we put our hand up for Hank we believed him to be an older dog. One we could help find a loving home where he wouldnt be let down. He immediately won his carers heart with his soft heart and chilled demeanor His eye required immediate attention. So he attended Victoria Point Veterinary Hospital We found out that instead of being a middle aged boy he was 3. Only 3. We were advised that while costly treatments were available, it was possibly too late to correct the damage to his eye. His vision was impaired and the constant irritation with his eye would have made his life uncomfortable. We decided to book him in to have the eye removed to give comfort and relief.. A few days prior to this, his carer said his legs were "clicking " when he walked. We asked the vet to Xray while he was under to see what was happening with his legs. We were told both back legs required cruciate surgery. Not the less expensive one !!! Why ??? because his legs were at a slope degree where it required the mid range surgery. While they tried to reduce costs as much as possible we are looking at an $8000 bill for his 2 legs. Now for us, its a no brainer... we will go ahead... we will work hard at raising money to cover this!! And are actively doing so!!! However, we hope that if you have a few dollars spare, you might see your way to helping us help Hank. We will find it hard, theres no denying that, but this boy deserves the best life we can provide for him. Bank deposits and Paypal deposits over $2 are tax deductible. You can pay the vet but we cannot provide a tax receipt for this. Details are provided below for donations. We thank you so much in advance for all your help. Hank would give a big sloppy doggy kiss <3 He deserves a new start Please help us help him.
