24.01.2022 Art is an interesting process for me. I generally either dream an image (in which case I’ll freehand without reference photos and transfer it directly from my head onto paper) or I get a subject in my mind that will not leave me alone until it’s painted or drawn. It’s certainly been the case with the animals series - each one comes through very specifically and there’s no way of doing the next one until the current one is finished. So this is the next one - the Red Stag And no mucking around- I thought it would take me about 2 days to complete and it ended up being 3.5hrs start to finish Drawn on Archers 300gsm watercolour paper - A2 size

23.01.2022 It is almost time to say goodbye to all my beautiful clients, friends and acquaintances that I’ve journeyed with at the studio. The baby bump is growing (very slowly but healthy and vibrant) and it’s time for me to settle in to non massage life and prepare my body and mind for our little one to arrive early next year! My final day in the studio is Friday 18th December. I’ve contacted all the gift voucher recipients that I have details for - please if you have one and haven’t... booked in yet there are only a small handful of spaces left. Alternatively there is a rather large collection of art available that you can use your voucher for also. Do you know what that picture is fellow human reading these words? ... That is the INSIDE OF YOUR HUMAN CELL. And you have TRILLIONS of them in your body. 12.01.2022 {As a woman} My intentions for myself are that I can become and access the deeply embodied radiant feminine beauty that is in my cells. Being a radiant woman is the effortless state of being that arises in me when I let go of conditioning and stories and beliefs that I’ve collected along the way that don’t serve the truest expression of my soft and intuitive nature. Within me is a deep wisdom about what it means to be a woman beyond any trends, any patterns in society, any ...cool hashtags and when I allow this wisdom to show me the way, everyone wins. There is no continuation of life as a species without the healthy expression of femininity and masculinity. I call back all the ways in which I have placed unhealthy expectations on men. All the ways that I have shamed them, consciously or unconsciously, for trying to lead and guide. I call back any belief I carry no matter how small that men are dangerous, are violent, are controlling or are too intense. I call back all distortions of femininity and masculinity that have come from a wounded heart. It is my responsibility for how my heart opens and closes. I will never be equal to a man in his full power. To wish for this is a completely unrealistic ideal and is rejecting and dismissing the magical essence of myself. Just the same as a man will never be equal to a woman in her full radiance. The absolute divine beauty of both has been perfectly designed for a reason. May we all look at ourselves more and as we tune back in to what is our truest nature, beyond all our beliefs and stories and collected ideologies that aren’t even ours, allow the synergy of these two energies to play out in beautiful balance. To continue to look after you, I will be working until the end of the year at this stage (will update as it gets closer). I’ve been feeling very well and to continue to look after me I will be adjusting a few things: I won’t be taking any more new clients from here on (with the exception of those that already have gift vouchers to use). This also all...ows space for my regular and very valued current clients to continue regular visits. I can no longer issue any gift vouchers. Legally it’s required to have 3 years expiry date so.... If you would like to gift a regular client a session I can book and take payment over the phone still. Got invited to massage 4 beautiful women at the most amazing luxurious villa in Byron we planned the event to co-massage with my main wingwoman Cody - my awesome bestie that nurtures my body for me but sometimes life throws you lemons and she burnt her hand last night! So it was a solo act and it all came together perfectly. I don’t do mobile massage very often but I’ll definitely leap at it when it’s for such beautiful women and a special occasion

05.01.2022 Now is definitely not the time to sit on the couch and watch Netflix all day. Your freedoms and mine are being removed from us and we need to speak up and speak out. It is not ok to force any medical procedure on someone without their consent, including vaccinations. Every drug and vaccine must be tested correctly for safety and effectiveness. Funding to hospitals, doctors and politicians needs to be transparent. There must be freedom of speech without all the censorship.... There must be freedom of religion. 1.5m social distancing rule needs to be removed. It is as unnecessary and ineffective as face masks. People must not be penalised financially or lose their job because they do not consent to any medical procedure. People need to be able to make informed decisions, and the only way they can do that is by getting all the information. Every different angle possible. Including the thousands of vaccine injured children’s stories that are covered up and dismissed as coincidence constantly. No matter how you feel about vaccines - at some point one or more of the above points IS going to impact your life and we need to put a stop to this now. Our bodies are sacred, brilliant vessels capable of healing and vitality. This is now a huge overreach in medicine and science. All it’s doing is teaching people that they can not trust their bodies and immune systems and need to rely on the next vaccine or drug to help them with their symptoms. Stop believing them! Start researching yourself and taking your own power back. If you need help, please message me and I can guide you to lots of different resources that are more empowering and healthy long term.

02.01.2022 Many of you have seen, and reached out to me regarding the restrictions on massage being relaxed. I appreciate everyone that has been asking and know that you must be getting very excited about your next massage by now I have spent a lot of time yesterday reviewing the information and changes. I have spoken to other massage therapists locally, looked at advice from various industry associations I’m involved with and the information from NSW Health. I am not comfortable... with resuming massage just yet. I cannot speak for any other therapists, this is a personal decision based on the information I have access to. The risk of being fined is still too high for me and there is still too much grey area in the advice from government and health officials. I will reassess over the next few days and hopefully there will be further restrictions lifted. I am looking forward to seeing you all again so much but until further notice Intuitive Living studio is still closed.
