09.01.2022 A very lovely email to read first thing on our Thursday morning... "Good Morning Sam and Melinda, I hope that this email finds you both well. ... Just a short note to say how grateful we are for everything that Sam did yesterday on our behalf in respect to my Workers Compensation Claim. Sam's handling of the claim, and support was nothing short of brilliant. It was unfortunate that my employer decided to take the detrimental action that they did, though I'm not surprised, and it was very reassuring to have Sam follow this up promptly and professionally on our behalf, as it was an annoyance that I didn't need on top of my current injury.
