16.01.2022 Love is born ... In the most unlikely and unexpected places ... Love is born. I'm trying to remember the poem that this line comes from. Any suggestions? I stumbled on this unusually exquisite iris in the garden of the Brama Kumari retreat centre last week. I was about to start a shift of weeding. I confess my thoughts were not so altruistic. But when my eyes took in its beauty, something changed within me.

08.01.2022 Looking forward to this Sunday's market in Blackheath (See Mountains Marketeers). 9am-2.30pm. I will be offering Art Therapy, Healing Card Readings and personalised inspirational poems. My poems are intuitive offerings that follow on from a session. Call it the harvest of our labour in the field. The chaff and grain have been separated and only the good remains. My experience as optometrist and art therapist have given me insights into transforming our vision. You will be invited to remove your old lenses of perception, briefly let your inner sight go blurry, then try on some new lenses, to see your situation in fresh new ways.
