24.01.2022 I've always loved Baci chocolates...the foil, multi language message inside the wrapper and its sentiment, the Italian heritage not to mention their taste. A bit like the Fortune cookie but much better tasting and far more sophisticated (no offence fortunate cookie lovers out there). Anyways, I found this beauty a while ago whilst devouring some Baci chocolates I gifted to myself at Easter and kept the wrap in the back of my phone to reflect on and now share so he...re it is along with a very crumpled wrapper image as it exists today. 16.01.2022 Being a mum is a great privilege but man it's tough at times.....on your own sense of self, purpose and general wellbeing. I always remember "guru" yoga teacher @santinagiardinachard_ saying at a workshop once that she observed being a mother to learning "10th series". (There's actually only 6 ashtanga series and most super dedicated yogis might manage 3 or if super-human, 4 series in their lifetime ). Boundaries, Unconditional Love, Patience, Loyalty, Min...dfulness, Self-Love, Natural Medicine, Un-conditioning my own parent's stuff, the list goes on for my own learnings since motherhood........ When I feel the weight of the responsibility I go back into the simplicity of being a mother and our number one role - to be Love. The rest tends to follow. Keep it up all you mothers out there, supporters of mums and alike. Your heart has tremendous power and even when it feels a little bit broken just choose to get back to your truest nature and to love all that is around you as deeply as you can.
