04.01.2022 Now that airports are closing & airlines are grounding flights, I'll have some time to decompress, to breathe and get ready for when things are back to normal. I've had to pull some rabbits out of hats over the last few weeks with repatriations from all over the world. People stuck in all corners because of the quick changing shutdowns. I've had people who did not book with me ask for my assistance because the airlines were too busy to help, online booking agents would...n't return emails and they just could not get an answer. These last weeks have shown how valuable our services as travel agents really are. We're not internet sites. We are knowledegable and trained. We use the same booking systems as the airlines with live availability on flights. We can hold seats and ticket later - giving you time to figure out best plans. We see the waitlists . We can hold waitlists. We know the tricks . We answer the phone. We call you back. We sit on the phone at all hours of the night calling and making sure you're safe. We have access to Industry reps who go above and beyond to help in a crisis. We have the 24hr support of our Head Office in times of crisis . We have the support of hundreds of colleagues with many years of experience. Just some of those rabbits I was talking about . We're here and always will be . Small business . People with families .
