17.01.2022 My client Suz, such an inspiring lady. Weight lost to date almost 30kg! From not being able to walk up the stairs in the gym to now slamming her way through 45 minute workouts and attending a beach bootcamp. So proud of this lady who I know will reach her goals slowly and steadily. There are no quick fixes to long term weight loss, there is so much more to it than simply eating less or better. It is possible though and even more so with support. If you are struggling to lose weight, find balance and understand what or how to eat please PM me. As a PT there is no greater reward than seeing people achieve their results



16.01.2022 12 weeks ago I couldn’t do a deadlift due to continued chronic back pain (disc bulge). Perseverance and my determination to practice what I preach has bought me closer to my goals. I’m fitter and stronger than I’ve been in years. Gut health is a huge factor in achieving fat loss. Diet does not have to be difficult. Thank you to a team of awesome people - Kristi and Adam from Tuff, Marc and Matt K my colleagues at Surge! Onwards and upwards - watch this space

05.01.2022 Do men really benefit from Pilates? Absolutely. In fact I would say more men SHOULD be doing pilates! The benefits of improved flexibility, core strength, posture, balance as well as stress management is huge. Men often think it’s for girls, or ‘I’m not flexible enough’ but if you’re not flexible, shouldn’t you work on that? Don’t wait for an injury before starting Pilates, prevent the injury from happening and start now.
