25.01.2022 How is everyone going? Another week down, and apart from schools going back we're still living in ongoing uncertainty. I'm feeling really low in energy today, like the adrenaline of keeping it all together these past 5 weeks with kids at home, working from home, working on new projects, trying to exercise and eat well is all catching up with me! All I can do is breathe, listen to my body, rest when needed, get enough sleep and honor how i'm feeling. ... Wishing you all a restful weekend!
