Due to social distancing we will still be showing all of our properties for Rent and for Sale but attendees MUST book for a private viewing as we need them to answer the COVID-19 screening questions. Since starting our agency we have always been set up with cloud based property management, remote login ins for Landlords/Tenants as well as proactive handling clients and adapting to change, so regardless of the virus your inve...stment is safe with us and we will continue to manage it to the highest of standards. We also have sales on the same systems, so whether we are isolated at home we can still efficiently service your real estate needs.We are taking serious health steps to ensure the safety of our staff and clients but for the current time we will continue to carry out routine inspections (for property management until advised we are no longer able to do this) and Open homes (for Sales and Rentals). We are offering all clients who have listed or who lists property for sale or rent with us free virtual tours of their property so prospective buyers/tenants can still "walk" through and see the property.
