As much as you want to get in the car and go to training sometimes it’s just not possible when your a busy mum and that’s why our live online sessions are the prefect solution for you. Every Tuesday and Thursday, 6am (Adelaide time) via zoom we train together in our own homes as a group virtually.... Set the alarm at 5.50am, roll out of bed, throw your exercise gear on and your ready! You will be put through your paces during our 45 minute session, just like a in person session with coaching, individualised modifications, motivation and interacting with me, your trainer and other members. Don’t have equipment? I will give you body weight exercise alternatives. Mornings a little unpredictable? If you miss the live session, I will send you a recording to catch up with. Our members love training via zoom for the convenience and you will too. 11.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT Pauline has been a member for 3.5 years and has achieved some amazing accomplishments in her time... In her very first fitness evaluation she completed 22 push ups in 1 minute and held a plank for 2 minutes. These days she can complete 45-50 push ups in 1 minute and hold a plank for well over 5 minutes! And just see in this recent picture her legs are made of steel - holding 26kg just to get her legs shaking during a wall sit ... 06.01.2022 The best time of year has begun! Here are some tips that will help you during the festive season to keep on top of your fitness and health. Set realistic goals (aim for at least 80% of your week to be healthy choices and if the 20% you miss a workout or indulge in an extra serving of food, don't beat yourself up). Get your workouts done early in the morning if possible. Drink lots of water and be mindful of the amount of alcohol, soft drinks and juice you are consuming... as it's just adding more calories to the ones you have already eaten.
