25.01.2022 If you are prepared to never stop learning so you are always growing then life will be so much more fulfilling. Always trust yourself and what you are doing in ...life ignoring the naysayers remembering all things are possible. Nothing is impossible just improbable because you havent found the answer yet to your problems. If you say to yourself YES I CAN then despite all the obstacles and the odds being against you then anything is possible. You can be unstoppable if you also think positive no matter what the situation is or find yourself in. I have found in my own experience that sometimes we defeat ourselves before we even have started. So instead, be positive, be brave and be willing to fail because if you do in the end you will succeed. Coming out on top not only professionally but also personally as a bright everlasting shining light for others to follow.

21.01.2022 Sometimes obstacles are put in our way to see if we really believe in our dreams. Also they are there to see how resourceful we can become and to help us grow. If we realise that sometimes obstacles can take longer than we want to overcome then we will be more likely to keep going rather than giving up. So today live in the moment keeping the faith that one day soon you will overcome your obstacles and your dreams will come true.

Also as you go through the process of owning your story believing in yourself 100% learning to love yourself then this is the bravest thing you can do. This gives you the strength to share your story which will help others overcome their obstacles and love themselves as they are.

15.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have started to hear stories from transgender people around Australia. It made me realise that we are a resilient bunch of people. It also made me realise how little information/data is really gathered about our community. I know that some of us that it can be hard to find support. So please if you are willing to share your story and you can do so anonymously I can see how I can help you get the support you need. ... It also would help me with gathering information/data on the transgender community . This will help me later on when applying for grants to get foundation started to help our community even better than I can do now. Also I would like to hear from women and parents who support transgender people or children or family members that do. Any stories like to share or support that you find is currently lacking that you or your family need. All this helps me support everyone better and start to gather more information about what is really required to support everyone. Also if you are a woman that has story to share about discrimination or just wants help with support or where to go to for support please reach out, see how I can help or support you. 13.01.2022 I have learned that if you want to change any aspect of your life then you must firstly change your mindset. It is often difficult to do this as the radio station in our minds is playing a different tune to the tune we want to play. You want to listen to Gold 104.3 then your minds radio station is playing 2GB. You want to hear sweet melodies instead of constant chatter. Changing my mindset over the last few years has been hard which is true for a lot of us. So if we are ...really determined to change our life the we must continue to work on our mindset and also ourselves constantly. It is better to be a work in progress one day driving a three wheeler rust bucket and a holden 4 door sedan the next moving forwards than going backwards to a two wheel bicycle with flat tyres. So today challenge yourself to change your mindset so you you can change your life for the better. #life #mindset

12.01.2022 Teamwork requires effort knowing that if everyone all works together in a team towards a common goal then anything is possible regardless of your Organisation size or type. Having team members who are willing to put in the extra effort means the goal is more likely to be achieved. Creating this environment can be challenging however if done and done right will make the achieving the goal even more satisfying. It also requires a leader who is prepared to make the tough decisio...ns as required and lead by example. Also a leader who is willing to take feedback on board and own their mistakes which creates an environment of trust. It also means people are more willing to follow and listen to their leader. There are many facets to teamwork and I have barely scratched the surface here however if you want to succeed then you need to have teamwork as one of your important priorities. Teamwork also means that you have a team full of people who are part of the team rather than just in the team making up the numbers. 10.01.2022 Saying goodbye to the old life and hello new life is not as easy as it seems sometimes. Being able to let go of the past and stop clinging to the old life is challenging and problematic to some. I know in my life I have found it hard to let go of old habits or people that no longer add value to my life. However by doing so my life is becoming much better with more free time to spend time doing things that matter and spending quality time with those that matter. My journey sti...ll lies ahead for me however as time goes by things gradually get better as I let go of the past and move forwards into the unknown territory called the future. This is a dilemma that we all face in some point in our lives however if we are prepared to face it with brutal honesty then any pain we go through doing this can only make us stronger. So today I say HELLO NEW LIFE and tomorrow say it again so the past has no hold on my life, my future or my destiny.
