14.01.2022 I love the last paragraph.... Know that we love what we do, helping people is the best job in the world! We truly feel as good as you do after a treatment.

12.01.2022 Do you or someone you know need help with an alcohol problem? HYPNOSIS can help. Peta Murphy, our resident hypnotherapist and psychologist, is here to support y...ou. Or you could try just ditching the booze for a month! It's OCSOBER :-) You'd be hard-pressed to disagree with the assertion that binge-drinking is a major part of the culture in Australia. The impacts are huge: - Excessive alcohol consumption is responsible for 5,554 deaths and 157,132 hospitalisations in Australia each year. - The cost of alcohol abuse in Australia is estimated at $36 billion a year. - More than a million Aussie kids are impacted by the drinking of others and alcohol abuse is behind up to half of all child protection cases. - Alcohol is implicated in up to half of all reported domestic violence in Australia. - In 2013 it was found that 1.7 million Australians had been physically abused by someone under the influence of alcohol in the past 12 months. - Drink driving continues to be one of the main causes of road fatalities, responsible for 30 percent of fatalities in Australia. - Across Australia, 73 percent of one-punch assaults resulting in fatality involve alcohol. The Life Education organisation wants you to make a stand against alcohol-abuse by giving up alcohol for 28 days this October: "We want all children to grow up healthy and safe. We believe there’s nothing our youngest generation can’t achieve with the right skills, knowledge and tools. Take a break from the booze this October and help raise funds to arm our children with the confidence and knowledge to stand up to the pressures of alcohol abuse." One of the strongest ways in which kids learn how to do things is by watching grown-ups. It can be invaluable to show kids how to have a good time without binge-drinking.

11.01.2022 Kicking myself for not thinking of demonstrating this biomechanical principle this way myself.
