20.01.2022 Well, it's 6 weeks post-op. Unfortunately, my recovery has not gone as I had hoped. Back to the surgeon tomorrow to talk about my options. I'm still holding hope that I can start massaging this year. I will keep this page updated
10.01.2022 That makes it official!!
05.01.2022 Ok so cortisone injections in 2 different spots today! One into the joint and one into the bursa to try and get rid of the inflammation. The plan is for it to give me relief so I can get my rehab done. Will know more in 4 weeks if I need another one. So the next few days of feeling pretty average due to the side effects I get from the injection, but hoping it works and is worth it!! Will keep posting as I know more! I’m very eager to start working and have applied for my provider numbers!! Fingers crossed
