22.01.2022 Mini Workout done! Second workout in since letting myself recover from a cold! Hits you hard, but good to be moving again. Check out the mini workout I posted earlier, Give it a go, try and get the six exercises done in the 8 mins & continue until timer goes off, or just go off 20 reps each exercise, x3 sets.

14.01.2022 It has been so motivating getting back in the gym with my workout buddy! Oh how I’ve missed you Jenna! ISO has been quite trying, affecting us all in challenging ways. I know for me, my motivation has been low and thinking of working out has been on the back blocks. Life has been so busy. My mental state has taken a bit of a beating and I have had to take a step back, only picking up the things that I can manage for each day. Being able to see small groups of friends and fam...ily, face to face again has been so good. Ive missed your faces! I’ve missed seeing each of you from our training sessions. I hope you are doing well. I’m excited to be offering Monday night small group training again, 7:45pm. Only 5 spots are available. 13.01.2022 Hey all, there’s a lot going on around this corona virus and as you probably heard non essential businesses are needing to close for a while. This means I will be shutting doors on the gym for a while until safe again. In the mean time I’ll put together some free mini workouts you can do in your lounge room at home. Let’s keep moving! hope you all keep well and let me know if there’s anything I can do or if anyone’s in need. 13.01.2022 Hey everyone, hope you are keeping well. Just for the rest of this week I will not be running classes as I’ve had a cold and not wanting to spread any germs at this time. Next week I should be well over it and classes will be running again hopefully. I am disinfecting the gym and equipment after each session and training with both doors up to be out in the open more. Exercising and keeping active is important for our immune system so in the mean time try and get out for a brisk walk/run or some kind of moderate to high exercise.stair climbs are great! Walk in the Wilson botanic gardens is lovely and there’s some good hills to get the heart rate up. Hope you all stay healthy and see you soon.Xx

I’ll put it up in another post, as I can only post up one video at a time. Sorry I’m really bad at exercising and talking at the same time. I’ll get better at making video’s. have fun with it! 8mins on clock X 3 sets,20 reps of each exercise, As many Rounds as possible in the 8mins.
