Most recently a variety of business types have been looking to lock in suitable properties, with longer lease terms as the market picks up momentum. ... July continued to be a busy month with a steady stream of enquiry, paired with our solid conversion rate, has resulted in all our Wedgefield yards either being leased or put under application. This is very positive news for our existing client base of loyal owners. We are looking to take on more properties at this point in time as we are nearly out of property to lease to our continuing list of enquiry from potential tenants!!
