FAIR CANCELLATION POLICY The booking system will ask for your bank details. You WONT be charged when cancelling up to 2 hours before your appt time. Otherwise you will be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation, and 30% for not showing up. LATE ARRIVALS Because I am often running back to back with appts any more than 10 mins late and I may not be able to have time to fit your whole treatment in. Please message me to let me know and I’ll will do my best to make it work. PAYMENT Eftpos is available at your convenience, Alternatively cash is accepted. Strictly no bank transfers.
