22.01.2022 Hola Friends, It has come to a time that new beginnings are on the horizon and am taking the leap of faith to continue my journey northward of Coffs Harbour. To celebrate my journey at Om Yeah Yoga Studio, I will be taking you through one final Favourite Flow that includes a combination class to bright light and celebration to all the classes that I have taught whilst being at the studio. The flow will begin with Surf style yoga, then progress to vinyasa, and move into Flow ...2 Grow with clear intention setting and finish with a nourishing mellow flow. A never before yoga sequence taking you on an journey of heat and movement into a state that is restorative. Lets connect the heart and minds of that we are sharing with and lets celebrate our path together for right now and where we will grow to. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride accepting new changes and challenges however I’m learning to accept the things I cannot control and continue to move forward with power freedom & grace. This session we are going deep into our practice and personalising our own version of rising above and moving forward with power freedom & grace. However you come, however growing looks like to you. Its been one great year being here and growing with all my students and forming some great friendships along the way!
